2. How to create a WhiteLabel API Domain
Why do I need to create a WhiteLabel Login URL?
When your customers are logging in your want the login URL to be branded to your company instead of the standard “app.gohighlevel.com” that is what truly makes this software yours.
Synopsis:
Create 2 CNAME records at your DNS provider.
Point the CNAME for your White Label Domain to app.msgsndr.com
Point the CNAME for your API Domain to link.msgsndr.com
Then go back to your HighLevel account > Agency View > Settings > Company & find
“White Label Domain” & “API Domain“
Set the CNAME you created pointing to app.msgsndr.com as the White Label Domain
Set the CNAME you created pointing to link.msgsndr.com as the API Domain
Create WhiteLabel Login URL
First, log in to your DNS provider. This may be where you have purchased your domain
(i.e. GoDaddy, Namecheap, CloudFlare, Google Domains, etc).
If you do not know where your domain is registered or where your DNS provider is you may look it up using: https://www.whois.com/whois/
Once you are logged into your DNS provider or domain host find your domain & find your DNS settings It may say DNS Zone Editor, Manage DNS, DNS registration, etc.
For this example, we are using Name Cheap as our DNS provider.

Add A New Record
Once you have located your DNS settings you will add a new record.
Next, you will create the following record
Type = CNAME
Host/Name = you may choose anything that you would like but some common host names for a white label login url include: “app” “CRM” “login”
Value = app.msgsndr.com
